Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, please contact us and we’ll get back to you!

If I place an order today, how long will it take to arrive?

For most orders we can usually complete your order within 24-48 hours. If you place your order before 12pm Monday – Thursday your production will usually be produced the same day and delivered within 24 hours.

Complete station packages and larger orders will naturally take little longer, so please allow up to 14 days for us to produce. We’re always happy to try and accommodate tighter deadlines though, all we ask is that you let us know before ordering through our contact form to discuss before placing your order.
If you order after 12pm on a Friday expect delivery the next working day.
If your production will take a little longer than expected, we will always endeavor to let you know. You can always log in to your account to track the status of your order at any time.

How do I send you my scripts?

You will be prompted during the ordering process to provide your scripts. However, if you’ve missed it, you can always contact us and let us know.

What are “Cuts”, “Liners” and “Mixes” etc?

Cuts and Liners are terms used to describe individual sweepers/jingles.
Here are some handy examples to hear what we mean by each

A “Dry Line/Cut” is as the name suggests, just a line of speech with NO effects.

An “FX Line/Cut” is a line of speech with SFX and production.

Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card details on your site?

Absolutely! We use PayPal’s payment gateway to process our payments, and you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make a payment. More information about PayPal’s security can be found here.

Do I need a license to use your productions on my station?

All our productions are what is known as ‘Buy Out‘, which means you just pay once and you don’t need to pay a re-licensing fee to us every twelve months unlike with some production companies.

For MCPS productions (ie. productions which contain copyrighted music) you will be provided with all the relevant details for your music return.
PRS details for all productions are provided on request.

I’ve made a mistake in my script, what should I do?

We do try to sense-check scripts before we record them, and if we’re unsure of something, we will contact you to clarify or correct. However, if after the point of purchase you wish to change a script after it has been recorded then you will be required to make a separate purchase as a re-recording fee.

I’ve received the notification that my order is complete, where do I find my production?

If you go to the “My Account” section of the website, click on the “Orders” tab on the left, and click “Get Files” – this will then automatically download a .ZIP containing your production(s).

I’m getting error messages when downloading my files in the User Area

If you are receiving the error “Download does not exist” – this usually means that your order hasn’t been completed yet. Please wait until you receive the confirmation email upon order completion.

If you have purchased a ready-made package, you can find this in the My Orders page by clicking the “Downloads” tab on the left. Any instant download files you have purchased will be available to view and download here. Please note this is NOT the same area you will find custom orders.
